I don’t find it age specific. I find it more likely of people that have a dream that somehow the world should be fair to everyone and everyone should share the wealth. Nature has a natural order. Things at the top and things at the bottom. Those that put in the effort are usually rewarded and are at the top. If someone puts in the effort, why should they share the reward? As a result, those expecting something are also more sensitive to any kind of pecking order.
