I Love to Walk

Today, I took a walk for about 1.5-2 hours. I walked a mile to the mall, then went around the outside of the whole shopping center, walked to the nearby woods, and just let myself get a little lost. Once I was done getting lost, I started walking towards the mountains since I knew that was the best way to get back to the streets and easily find my way home. I've been sitting at the computer desk barefoot for about an hour now, but the sides of my feet still feel a little sore. It was so good to walk though! I alternated between slow-paced to fast-paced walking and made sure to stop for water before entering the woods.

Getting lost can be a great way to see a place with new eyes.

Sounds like a great way to spend an afternoon. Next time walk barefoot it's much healthier and better especially in the woods

I suffer from chronic pain, so walking barefoot is not an option for me. But that does sound fascinating.

@hiddenkitty: Chronic pain doesn't sound too nice.

I love walking barefoot in the woods. Autumn is best as there's so many different textures to feel with bare soles. The mud, dirt, crispy leaves and so many more it really is a great thing to do.
