I Enjoy Working Out

I worked out today , it’s been a long time but I want to get back in shape and get toned and tight again like I was when I worked on the river , I want my , I want my , I want my 6 pack back lol , that’s a play on an old song I want my MTV , anyway yes I need to get into a daily routine or at least every other day. Today I worked my legs , biceps 💪🏻, triceps , stomach and lower back I think I’ll skip a day and then work a couple different muscle groups next time.
