Is my sister in law crazy ?

My sister in law is obsessed with the band Motley Crue she watched the movie The Dirt which is she obsessed with. She loves the guy Razzle in the movie she has a huge crush on him i never heard of him until she started talking about him. She said she can see him she's been talking to him. At first i thought she was crazy now I kind of believe her because she's been talking to him a lot more. He looks a lot like her boyfriend which is why she's so obsessed with him. She said when she watches the movie she feels like he's right beside her she doesn't feel sad because she knows he's in a better place. She calls him her spiritual boyfriend. Also when she's mad or she needs to cry or she feels scared at night she said he's there for her. Is she crazy or is it possible to see and talk to spirits ?
