I Need Help

I can't connect to Skype! Urghh!! I know this is not an action center, but somebody might have any possible solution. Yeah, I tried everything on Google, followed every video on youtube. Everything, still Skype says "Skype can't connect.." all those installing and reinstalling, updating, firewalls, everything! I hate it! (Sorry for blurting it out here, just ignore if your annoyed but I really need any help.)
