I Am Getting Better, And Better, And Better

Hi everyone, it certainly has been awhile since I last came here! I've generally been doing much, much better lately. After what happened, I had to go to a
psychiatric hospital for about a week. It wasn't the most exciting experience indefinitely, but I believe it was for the best. I think what happened was sort of a waking call. I've been meeting with therapists, and have been making lifestyle changes. The doctor prescribed me with a mood stabilizer called Seroquel, and I think it's working... However, the side effects are kinda meh. I feel real shaky, my legs feel tingly, I have trouble using my arm, and I have shortness of breath.
You have to take the good with the bad though.
