I Am Getting Better, And Better, And Better
I am setting a schedule today to be more healthy , actually I never sleep until it is 3 or 4 am ,but reading articles about brain and how much sleep affecting learning process scares me , because nowadays I feel like I cannot learn any new thing !
I am also glad knowing there are people like me who realized there must be a STOP to whatever wrong habit they are doing.
