It looks like my thigh is caving in wtf

If I move my leg like this it looks like it's caving in on itself.

I think it's bone on top & maybe fat stores on the bottom? IDK, most of us have a lot more meat on our thighs, so that kinda smooths it out. Does it hurt?

@BlueVeins Everyone says doc Martin's are good but they're expensive as hell and you have to break them in first. My work shoes are ratty
