@berangere: A portion of my family practices Islam, they're not bad people and don't want to hurt anyone. I think it is you who needs to learn more, please educate yourself.

@PastelHearts1412: I truly believe that there are many good people who practice Islam,but they do not follow the teachings of Mohamed and Allah to the letter,if you read the Q'ran you must have read the verse where it says "kill the infidels wherever you find them" and there are Muslims who follow those teachings to the letter and follow sharia law to the letter also and the Q'ran tells followers of Islam to spread this ideology world wide and impose it on the "infidels" there have been many instances of it.Those Muslim who adhere strictly to the teachings of the Q'ran,regard the Muslims who do not and want a peaceful religion as being "not true Muslims" I am not concerned about the good Muslims,they are not a threat, but I am concerned by those who call themselves "true Muslims" and are driven to impose their IDEOLOGY on the rest of humanity and continue to cause terrorism all over the world.

@berangere: Okay now I have a better understanding of your concerns. Within every group, movement, or religion of people there is always going to be a small portion of extremists or radicals. You can find this almost everywhere, even in Chistrianity the Bible says to kill those who don't believe in God. It's important to not let these few influence your opinion on all of them, I feel this is a big mistake that many make. Your concern is with terrorism, radicalism, and the safety of american people, not with Muslims. In fact most Muslims aren't radical.

@PastelHearts1412: So if most Muslims are not radical it means they are not following the teachings of the Q'ran and the Hadith to the letter? But there appears to be an increase in the amount of Muslims who do,and this is what I am concerned about.There is even Extreme Muslims who kill other Muslims because they are not "true Muslims" in their eyes and in Arabic countries you still see stoning,beheading,people being thrown in jail for speaking up against the intolerance of extremist Islam.Just look at Saudi-Arabia where women are not allowed to drive,cannot leave the house without being accompanied by a male "guardian",wear full burqas with just the eyes showing,are barred from most professions,and yes,get stoned to death if the commit "adultery" or are given 100 lashes if they have premarital sex or have been raped,because victims of rape are accused of having had extra marital or premarital sex.This is sharia law! Without mentioning "honour" killings still taking place and even in western countries like England.

This is what I am truly worried about.Those extremists are determined to impose their ideology world wide and they might even succeed.

And also some of those Middle Eastern countries have lost so much freedom since a more radical Muslim government took over.
