I Want to Elope

Its very common. Avoids all the stress of ceremonies, family, friends, and financial impact.

Many hop over to Vegas to do it
Or at their county courthouse

It’s easier if they want to go too.

I never have. I would hope it would end beautifully.

My folks did it and lasted 51 yrs until my dad passed away.

The hardest part was they had to tell their folks, and that broke their hearts a bit as they felt cheated from being the iron their biggest day, weren't respected, and their kids weren't honest with them to begin with.

Runners keep runner. That's my observation

I sure am tempted to do this also.
