It would be quite the task to choose just one. The Magic Mountain is certainly among my favorites. :)
Another contender is John Fowles' The Magus. (A good sign of a book I highly regard is my having read it twice).

Audrey Rose. It was the only book that ever effected me enough to cry.
LadyJ · F
@SarahAndSamantha is that about the girl who died and haunted her sister? Or am i thinking of the wrong one
SarahAndSamantha · 46-50, F
@LadyJ Wasn't her sister. But reincarnation was the basis of the story.
There is no way I can list one

I can´t choose just one as my favorite book neither. 😄
But the books what I like most are "Ich war Hitlerjunge Salomon," "Die letzte Liebe des Monsieur Armand", the teachings of Confucius and all books of Khalil Gibran. 🙂
What about you? 😊

This is a hard question, as I have quite a few.
Mainly on the self-help side of the spectrum, I feel that reading "The Four Agreements" By don Miguel Ruiz was a life changer and pretty powerful.
