The Peter Grant series by Ben Aaronovitch. It was my wizard fix after Harry Potter stopped being a thing

Others would be Flower of Life, God Delusion, Where鈥檚 Wally

Hard to say. Some possible candidates include "The Trial" by Franz Kafka, "The Magus" by John Fowles, "The Cider House Rules" by John Irving, "Kafka on the Shore" by Haruki Murakami...a lot of good ones out there :)

Several come to mind, which I re-read every few years. Hard, if not impossible, to pick just one.
