I wouldn't kill anyone. I'd probably hide it so no one else would use it.

Can I exchange it for a 'just grow up and act like an adult' note?

It’s a good thing something like this isn’t real. I can’t imagine how power crazy someone could get with something like that. I don’t think I could ever be upset with someone enough to kill them, that’s a bit drastic.
