Do you know the dark meaning behind Peter Pan?

"to die would be an awfully big adventure" -Peter Pan 🤔

The truth is that many (if not most) of the beloved fairy tales we all know and have become Disney classics were not originally as innocent and intended for children.

@indyjoe From Grimm storied?
@indyjoe Mermaid turns to foam.
Quasimodo starves to death with Esmerelda's corpse.
Red Riding Hood basically molested by the wolf.

@MrBrownstone The Discovery Channel had a documentary several years ago revealing the real Grimm brothers fairy tales...a real eye opener. I have neve quite seen those stories the same way since. I still enjoy the modern watered down versions, don't get me wrong, but they just aren't as innocent as they used to be having that knowledge.

Peter Pan is the angel of Death and all of the children are dead, which is why they can never grow up.

Yeaahh. The author pretended to be his younger brother when he died so that his mother wouldn't be sad. Lols
@Dewms Those were not ALL the kids. So we just limit them to several "lost" boys.
