I Love Starry Nights
I have a good friend on here who writes the most beautiful things but refuses to post them. With his permission, I am reposting part of an exchange I had with him.
We were talking about the darkness of night, and he came up with:
"The darkness closes in a little more each day, robbing us of the suns light and warmth.
But as the clouds part and the stars come into view they are a reminder that the darkness will never completely enshroud us. They are a reminder that a new day is just hours away."
To which I added that the stars are also a reminder that darkness is when we can shine brightest.
I hope that he will some day start posting his writings.
