I Like Mindfulness, Awareness, And Consciousness
Not a lecture, just an awareness post 😇:
In light of what’s happening in our country. Let’s take a moment to reflect and be mindful of each other. Embracing humor is a healthy way to cope. But let’s be mindful that someone in our newsfeed might be suffering because of the repercussion that have come from all this. Some people have been left to go home without pay. Others are made to work without the choice to be at home with their loved ones. Whenever you go to a gas station, store or even a fast food restaurant, take the time to spread a little bit of love ❤️ by saying thank you or letting them know you appreciate them. A lot of these people, don’t have a choice but to work to provide for their families, many of them live under the stress of having elderly parents at home who’s immunity they can compromise by their own daily exposure. Yes, maybe the media has taken this out of proportion, but regardless, people are still being affected everyday. Many people live without access to health care or a savings account. Constantly living in fear for survival as the days go by. This, is our reality. If you’re not one of these people, may you be grateful for you are blessed. 😇May this situation help us open our hearts to spreading more love towards others. Regardless of their stAtus, job, gender or race etc..We as a country should stand united in this time of chaos. 🇺🇸 And instead of panicking and being selfish, maybe sharing what we do have with our neighbors in need ❤️. Or at least giving a smile and words of kindness to those who serve us during this crisis. 😊 Remember that giving love 💕 is free, and now is the time to love one another more than ever.
May this time or crisis be an opportunity to restructure the foundation of how we treat one another, in hopes of bringing us together as a country, for we are one. United we stand.
