I Like Mindfulness, Awareness, And Consciousness

Every now and again, its best to practice mindfulness. When you have mania, you can be overrun by a flight of ideas and you can be swept up by them at times and the mind can get carried away.

Now, medication is only one aspect of it, there's only treatment for it, there's no cure for it. Infact I do think its better to manage the condition, the fact for me, is that its both a blessing and a curse, how I can be naturally creative, to think outside of the box, to diverge from what could be considered the normal thinking, to come up with possible solutions to solve a problem, or to advance yourself financially, but these ideas don't come without risk, but some risk has to be taken, to achieve what you want to achieve.

So if its a business plan you want to put together, be thorough and seek as much sound advice as you can.

If you want to put together a book, first, take action, put the book together, take time, to polish it, and seek a publishing platform that will be better for you. Kinda like shopping around to find the best deal.

If you want to put together an audiobook, put together audiobook script, get the sound effects that you need to put together the story. Each chapter is essentially a new scene. Mark it out. Come up with a structured running order for it. Then source what you need and get the financial backing for it or if you're rich enough? Fund it yourself. This may include, booking studio time and sourcing actors. And also how will you distribute and publish it? If its a book that already exists, contact that publisher, come to an agreement and they may have a distribution network for such or if they don't, you may have to shop around for the best distributor, and if you are the one that mostly put together the thing, this is where I would talk fair percentages with the publisher. And also, be best to come up with a reasonable contract for your actors, that they can't say no to.

And its easy to go off on tangents, you either love me or hate me for it.

But every now and then its best to find some time to take a breath and settle the mind. If its just as easy as boiling the kettle for your cuppa, flick the switch and go and do it. And if you are mostly on your own most of time, getting out going for a walk and smiling and saying Hello to friendly faces may make all the difference and if you do have that one friend, like what Ned is to Peter Parker, currently? Haha. Then hang out and just relax and live a little but mostly relax.

And if you feel like your popped out, try and take a nap or take sleep, depending on what time of day it is and recharge.


Then that following day, its like should I have a lazy day or batter on with it. Batter on if you don't want to stop, but if you need a lazy day, take it, if you wanna chill, watch TV shows, movie, smoothie?, playing some video games then do it, but if it is a very good day outside, get out and enjoy the sun and take a bit of exercise, yoga, running, walking, whatever it is and it keeps you fit! As well as giving you that lift you need!

And then I guess the cycle continues, life goes on as well as the show and spectacle! That is if you do plan on fanfare before you collapse, haha, I joke, I joke, with all the exercise you may just live longer! ;)
