I Love Movies

I've been hearing about The Joker movie, and I can see why some people are not happy with it. The reason for the backlash is because of the Aurora theater shooting back in 2012. If you don't know, some guy killed dozens of people during the midnight release of Batman: Dark Night Rises. His hair was dyed orange at the time and when questioned by police, he claimed that he was the joker. And because of that, some critics think this movie will sympathize the killer and incite copy cats. But do I believe this movie will do that? I doubt it. The movie is about a fictional DC character's emotional spiral that makes no connection to a mass murderer whatsoever. I do think it's interesting that this movie will look into the origins of the Joker referencing mental health instead of following the traditional route so I can't wait to watch it.
This is exactly why Robert Francis needs to ban those AR15s. Then our country would be safe and peaceful.
