It would be a dereliction of duty if congress did not request trumps tax returns.

those are intra-state matters. The NY AG is the one who should look into it. The feds have no business in these matters.

that if the information is available to you, it seems reasonable to assume the NY authorities have access to it as well. The fact that they havent acted might mean something.

And, point of fact, accusations are not evidence of criminality.
