I'd ask a few questions first.
why?
what sort of combat?
what experience do you have?
and what constitutes defeat? Submission, lying on the ground choking or death.
oh and most importantly, do I have to fight or can I have someone do it for me?

I have a 4th dan karate black,can wrestle,train in MMA and Krav Magra and I'm a champion bodybuilder.I would snap you like a dry twig.
