What is the worst advice you have ever received?

My dad told me to drop out of school so he wont have to pay child support anymore. How about you?

Someone I looked up to once kept comparing me to other people they worked with.

No offence to them but I’m not them.

Every person feels pain and experience differently it’s not possible to be someone else, I know... I’ve tried and I prefer being myself if that isn’t good enough then I’m more than ok with that 😌💕

That there’s no need for girls to “waste” their time in grad school or travel because their husband will take them on vacations and be the earning member anyway; I can’t stand that mentality

@SW-User I particularly hate that because the idea is that you're ok with someone else handing you money to do things with. I like the sense of accomplishment I get when I purchase something expensive with money I made myself.
