why would a guy in a skirt be a wackjob

In a skirt? I wouldn't necessarily say wackjob. but it would be strange and unusual to me because It's just not what I'm accustomed to. Now a kilt or one of those wrap arounds like worn in Polynesian cultures. or perhaps traditional wear from other cultures that resembled them wouldn't bother me at all. A man in traditionally women's clothing in our society and culture is completely "foreign" to me though so I couldn't say I'd be totally accepting of it. I don't hate, I'm just being upfront and honest.

One wouldn't necessarily be related to the other.
