Yes, I would. I helped friends clean up their houses that were devastated by a catastrophic flood. The damage was staggering to deal with for me; I can only imagine what it was like for them.

If the neighbor didn't have insurance I sure would.
But if they do have insurance, I would let the pros do that, hands down. They're way better & much more efficient.
