If one cannot forgive themselves how likely they are going to hurt others?

@Sepia I'm able to forgive others most of the time. But sometimes it's hard to fully forgive someone when they've hurt my feelings and then there's always a sense of bitterness. But perhaps that stems from my own self-hatred as well. 😞

@Carver very true...when they show bitterness..they should be put into place..bitterness can't help at all by that we give chance to ourself

@Carver I think bitterness is part the course when people have hurt us. But we do get pass that bit I find.
