I Have a Toothache

I hate these things and hate my dental insurance. Last time I went to the dentist they gave me a Trigeminal nerve injury. I kept calling them and had them see me again twice for pain. They sent me to my primary physician for a head examinination. They said my dentist handles that kind of thing. So I went to Urgent Care for pain the next day and they diagnose me with the nerve injury and put me on Prednisone. So my pain disappears but then I'm crying thinking I don't deserve to live and next minute I got a thousand ideas that no one can understand or follow and then I'm running around a cemetery paying people for information I need.
So basically I don't want this toothache but I don't want to go to dentist either.
