I Think It'S Time I Speak My Mind

I have this thing where when I watch a show or movie and there's a plot hole or cliffhanger or just something I don't understand I will sit and work through a conclusion. Because I just can't let it go. It happens often enough that I've gotten used to applying it in real life. I like to think it makes me one of the most objective people in the world as far as my views on them are concerned. I'd be a darn good lawyer if it were my profession. Humans disappoint me with their evaluations. I'm amazed that society has ended up affording every man a defense since it sure doesn't seem we believe in that virtue. I have questioned the purpose myself. For if there were no prosecutors would we really need defenders. But we have good reason for prosecution, you have to have dogs that tease out the truth. So also we need defenders to counter them. If you really think about it, by law, everything is defensible. Isn't it? Society holds that there is always something to reconsider.
