Why are you here?

@Nobody00 Sometimes I feel the insanity when I am alone even if I am not alone. Somehow I am comforted by other peoples words or inspired when I come here. I am distracted from Non-existent inner turmoil.

@Mindful non existent inner turmoil? That means no inner turmoil exists or?

@Nobody00 It means I should not have stress, and the inner turmoil’s are simple thoughts. I personally have everything I need. And yet…… I suffer from depression

@Mindful if depression ....that means you don’t have what you really need (for the soul)...

@Nobody00 that is possible..... I have shut off my inner voice as in I no longer listen to it... choosing intellect over emotion. I find emotions can be reckless....
