I Dressed In Drag

I've done drag several times in my life. I did a semi-drag role for a play, and I even went out in drag for Halloween one year, which was a blast. I actually was so good in my drag costume and makeup that some people thought I was actually a woman. Kinda shock some people when I went into the men's room and used one of the urinals. Yes, some people I know thought I became a "transvestite," until I explained to them that drag was a performance art. I pretty much see drag as a performance just like the late Harris Glenn Milstead did when he performed in many of the famous films that he was in as under the drag persona, Divine. Personally, given the chance, I would do it again for the fun of it. After all, I do consider myself a good performer.
