I Want To Cry But Can't Cry

I don't want to cry because tomorrow morning i will have big eyes at work. But in my heart, i need to cry. What i should do? Crying and justify myself at work tomorrow or not crying and keep this deep inside of me ?

If you need to cry just cry and if anyone asks just tell them you didn't sleep well last night or your allergies are acting up. If you hold it in too much then you won't be able to cry and that is much worse
