I Have Benign Intracranial Hypertension

Im 18 and have just been diagnosed with BIH, I'm currently waiting for my MRI to see what is causing the swelling in the back of my eye and to see If anything is going wrong up there. I'm worried that I won't be able to have an important surgery on my foot because of the increased pressure in my head.

I knew someone who had pressure behind her eyes and they did a spinal tap to relieve it,I've never heard of BIH
