@Sunnykel76 A 2000 year old Irish Celt favorite: Steel cut Oatmeal. Only the way my grandma makes it. It has in it barley flakes, chia seeds, flax, nuts and minced fruit whatever is available. Put a little butter and maple syrup on it............and OMG......it's heaven!
