Love my morning coffee on the porch

It’s all quiet except for the little birds, and the breeze in the trees. It’s not cold and it’s not hot. The perfect time of day. Good morning SW.

Good morning....I love that. I also sit in my gazebo and do the same. The best is at the cottage in the screened porch. No mosquitoes or flies bugging you but the wildlife, birds, hummingbirds, squirrels, eeven racoons are a treat to see! I love nature and animals...priceless

@caesar7 We have a screen porch on the back of the house but it’s up too high to see anything but tees. The front offers me a view of the squirrels, deer and humming birds, and the ceiling fans are nice.

@Jill1990 Nice!!!! I have seen bears, lynx, porcupines, and moose at the cottage but not while sitting down and having my morning coffee...would be quite an eye-opener to see one cross my yard and go to the lake..that would be so cool! I always have binoculars and my phone ready to take a photo or two...lol

@caesar7 We have no such animals here in this part of North Carolina. No bear thankfully, or elk, although they are both common farther west.

@Jill1990 ...I forgot to mention wolves..sometimes you can hear them howl at night when it is quiet. Coyotes are common....bobcats are around but yet to see them...in this part of the province...wildlife is plentiful and the fishing is fantastic btw!

@caesar7 we have coyotes here too - but you just hear them at night when they make a kill (I guess). Lots or calling all together.
