I Want To Build A Tiny House On Wheels

I HAVE built a tiny house. On wheels, no less. I have dabbled with a number of "dimunitive living" contexts and experiences. I have a 16' diameter yurt on my property which a friend lives in right now. I am considering moving into it full time when he leaves. I spent 10 weeks in a "Truck Tent" last summer, traveling around, trying to work "from the road". Also a good experience. I am trying to calibrate these ideas to fit my life. It is easy to have "too much" or "too little"!

My "yurt" is a modern/industrial version of the Mongolian "Ger" ("Yurt" is a Russian term). It is a cylindrical "tent-like" structure whose structure is a lattice frame with "rafters" meeting around a circular frame in the top. It is very strong, and roomy for it's size. In my case 16' in diameter or about 230 sq ft. It is not insulated, though I am working toward that... and will be installing a small wood cookstove...
