I Have Chores
My sister and I have household chores which we have to complete before we get our weekly allowances from mum and dad.
Mine are washing up, putting out the rubbish and recycling, mowing the lawn and washing the car. We both have to keep our room clean and tidy and make our bed. And we cook for the family when mum and dad work shifts at the same time.
My sister is away for most of the summer and will go to university in September, so dad has asked me to do her chores as well as mine, in return for more allowance money. I am happy to do this as our parents work long and hard to provide us with a good home. I want to help them as much as possible at home.
