I Am Confused About Men

Like when I try to make contact by smiling or looking at them or glance back at them a few times, they seem upset and uninterested and irritated that I'm even flirting a little bit w/ them. BUT when I try to look nautalant and act like I don't notice them looking at me when they walk by or while I'm sitting in a food place, they get upset AGAIN, or maybe they think I'm not interested in them? But, I thought being interested in them turned them away like if I show interest back w/ a nice smile. -sigh- ugh, I don't understand men. What is wrong?????????

I don't know what men you are meeting but that seems like you are misreading them or they are weird. Typically if a girl is looking or flirting a little I'll be pretty cool with that, flattered even, maybe a little shy if I feel like I was caught checking her out.

Maybe they're not interested. If they were, I'm sure they would've approached you. Or perhaps they were shy. Sometimes I catch girls staring at me and I smile at them, out of courtesy of course.

Idk men aren't very nice to me. I'm beginning to feel less and less bad for them when they talk about how a woman hurt their feelings. They make me upset and again and again and again and again try to be approachable and friendly like a light conversation. But, Idk why I even still try.

I like girls but they are pretty complex as well. But eventually find that compatibility over time. I know I would notice you because you seem more real than some people I met in my lifetime

It sucks and I thought I'd finally see a change, I mean I'm 21 and I've never been in a relationship. A few crushes didn't turn into what I hoped (long story) but, I was being patient and waited. But, its like Idk maybe men aren't into me except scrubby, doing nothing with their life, lazy men. Those hit on me. And I know they do it just to see if they could get me but, I still can't help but to feel that way a bit.
