I Do Not Vote
So far I have always voted in the general elections in my country, but tomorrow I am not going to do it. Not only because I don't agree with any of the candidates, but mainly because I don't believe in our democracy any more.
I cannot believe in a system where the vote of someone who does not care about national or world politics at all is worth the same as the vote of someone who has thought deeply about whom to vote. Or the vote out of admiration for a candidate is worth the same as the vote out of hate for the opposite candidate
I cannot believe in a system where we do not vote for persons, since we do not know personally the candidates, their virtues and flaws; but for products who are sold by the financial groups and the media behind them, puppets whose strings are moved by nobody knows who.
Don't count on me for this lie any more.
