I Have a Song That Stops Me In My Tracks

I Love all types of music. But there is one song I keep hearing on a dog commercial.... Where the words say...OOOOOO You make me live, Whatever this world can give...You're my best friend. OOOOOOO You make me live now honey... OOOO You make me live.
Now I do not know the name of this song at all. But every time I hear it I just stop and sing with it. And I am so happy when I do??!!! Just cannot explain how happy it makes me feel inside and out. But I Love to hear it.
If anyone can tell me the name of the song that would be great. If not okay. I know it stops me in my tracks every time I hear it, happily.**
