A question for moms and other women -- when is it time to put your daughter in a bra?

My niece is 8 and she's already needing a training bra. So, whenever you feel she needs one would be the logical answer when it comes to something like this. I think I started wearing bras when I hit 5th grade. I fully developed around 6th grade. Now mine are huge lol. I started getting my period around the same time.
