I Have a Daughter
It scary. I can’t be there to keep her safe so I try to give her the confidence and tools to know
She doesn’t realize just how stunning she is
She is afraid of the world and doesn’t know that it’s in the palm of her hands to do what she will.
Maybe I need to let her know that safety is an illusion
That’s the only true “safety” is being aware and vigilant; understanding the situations and controlling them
