I Love a Man That Can Cook

Tonight’s dinner: Eggplant parmigiana lasagna with mushrooms.
Plenty of sauce kept this from drying out, and gave noodles a nice consistency. I added chili flakes to mine, as no one else likes the added “kick”[image deleted]

@Mamapolo2016 it wasn’t half bad, decent even. I’ve never made it before, and eggplant has given me trouble in the past. So I roasted it first with some salt and olive oil. Problem solved!
