Serious lack of focus

I used to be able to sit down at the computer and crank out a chapter of fan fiction like nothing. These days it almost takes an act of God to get me to write a few lines, no matter how much I may want to work on a story. Anyone, else struggle with this?

Yeah I write, I write about finding old friends or relatives. Maybe also about adventure themes.

@Stereoguy You have no idea how much sense that makes to me. I have so many stories in my head (well the outlines and ideas at least...details can be harder) but very little actual work
