I Almost Died

I remember being 9 years old, I wanted to swim but I didn't know how, I started to drown but a man saw me and saved me. I've always been afraid to swim ever since. I want to overcome that fear but I just remember being very scared, I didn't want to lose my life and that fear still resides within me
