Not sure how to feel.
I got a message that a friend of mine from grade school wants to get back in touch. Nothing ever came of it, but she was the first girl that I ever loved. I'm pretty sure that I never stopped.

Unless they are single, I won’t even respond back. No such thing as keeping it innocent when we already know feelings are involved. And I personally wouldn’t want to ever play the mistress role.

@BitterSweetPotato well we've been emailing for a week now and it's great to be catching up with an old friend. I see no indication on her part that she has any interest beyond friendship, and I'm quite capable of loving someone without needing it to become romantic or sexual. I also would like to avoid any infidelity.

@Dolimyte It is because you said that you never stopped loving her. I understood it as loving her in a romantic way.. and personally if I like someone romantically, I'd find it very difficult to maintain only a friendship with them. So if they were married, I'd stay away because I wouldn't want to put myself in a position where I'd make that mistake.
