I Am An Artist

I am an artist. I paint and I draw and I photograph. I have decided to leave mainstream, soul killing jobs behind and do what I truly love. And that has been the best decision for me. I’m not super successful right now, but I feel like it’s getting there.
I have artist block sometimes just like everyone. But I push through.
Right now I’m feeling a bit lonely. I live with my partner, but sometimes I just feel like I need other artists around me like I used to have at uni. And that makes me sad. I don’t think my partner actually understands. I hope someone does

I know that must be frustrating for you. I am a photographer and want to do that full time one day, I want to travel the country going to craft shows selling my photos. While it might suck for you right now, good for you on going after your passion.

@photoks you are welcome. And thanks I'm working towards it. I do love my current job tho so it will be tough to give that up one day. But my dream is to get an RV and travel the country taking pics.
