I Accept the Fact That Im Not Perfect
But I don't believe I'm incapable of self-improvement either.
I think it's healthy to be self-aware of our strengths and our weaknesses- in order to play to our strengths and passions, but also develop ourselves and strive to be better than yesterday. I think acceptance is important, as is self love, but never as an excuse. I think irrational criticism of our bodies and our minds, as well as fatalistic damnation of ourselves is the worst thing we can do [to ourselves].
I understand some people can't help it, or don't know any better- but, unless you relish in true misdeeds (which are subjective), I don't think anyone is terrible or disgusting- unless you lack interest in self care and self improvement. Then, yeah, I admit I do judge people who lack interest in trying to become the best version of themselves... Although I myself am also very lazy in this area. I do as little as I can get away with, in a lot of regards. And I don't like it, but it's the best I have a lot of days- when I struggle to even get dressed.
But in my core, I believe each of us has potential and something to give and something to improve upon in order to make oneself happier and 'level up' so to speak. We have it in us to be someone greater, more empathetic and giving, more intelligent, stronger, faster, smarter, quicker, more creative, productive, disciplined, etc.
