@Jenxtcy I understand why. I did for a while but it is also really good at letting me vent too. Double edged sword. I am glad you got away if it wasn't helping you

@KeKeNae You said it! It was such a great place to vent and share but i spiraled down really fast when i was active.

@Jenxtcy Have you found any other healthy ways to vent?

@KeKeNae This is the only social platform i use right now but i haven't had the courage to "vent" about my problems here. I don't think it's the right place.

@Jenxtcy I know what you mean. I get a lot of different kinds of responses. But if I don't go anywhere to talk about it somehow it just stays in my mind and I feel like I could just go crazy

@KeKeNae I was at the point of going crazy because i tend to isolate myself, so joining this site and interacting with other people has helped a bit.

@Jenxtcy Same, especially recently. All I do now is just go to work and come home. No talking to anyone or anything. I just haven't had much energy

@KeKeNae That's all i ever do but i work from home so i feel almost like i'm going stir crazy most of the time. Today i went for a really long walk with my dog and i felt a lot better. Maybe try going for a little walk or do some exercise after work! It might make you feel a little tiny bit better!❤

@Jenxtcy I do live down the street from one. I have been thinking about going but it is just been so freaking hot 😵

@KeKeNae lol YES seems to be hot EVERYWHERE! Hey you can workout in the ac at home too 🙃 I mean like i don't even do that so i should't be pushing it on you but just trying to help lol
