I have trouble sleeping at night. So my plan is to not sleep all day as well. And then go to sleep at 9 p.m. and hopefully I'll be able to fall asleep. I mean not sleeping for 25 hours should do the trick.
And then wake up super early at 5 or 6 and battle the need to sleep up until 9 p.m. again, then do that again and again, until it feels natural.
