I Like To Stretch My Bladder

Always looking for new ways to really stretch and grow my bladder. I love the feeling of it being completely full. Anyone have any really good challenges or quizzes? I know there are some online but I like seeing new ones to try

Control pants come in many forms, "Spanx" for instance. You could try what I said at home then.

How about wearing control pants (firm ones) over pantyhose, over panties, with (say) white yoga pants. Go round town drinking coffee all day the find the longest taxi queue to wait in for a lift home. The taxi of course goes the longest way home & goes over all of the bumpiest roads. You know that you have to hold it in as otherwise it will show on the white material of your yoga pants

what are control pants? and i dont have hose or yoga pants. my town doesnt have taxis, nor wouldi have the money for that. and im also not into public desp or humiliation.

well i would suggest drinking fluid like cranberry juice and holding it as long as you can . Why dont you time yourself between pees and try to go longer and longer. Keep track of your time of day and length of holds . Then just keep holding a little longer each time.

So after holding it what do you do when you finaly release ?

thatll be hard to do. i rarely have a whole day to myself to hold. but i can try if i get the opportunity

Ive never tried this but what about a cathiter and injecting fluid in .

unfortunately i still live with my parents and im not sure i could keep that hidden. my mom is pretty nosy
