I Have Trouble Sleeping

Eating a bunch of sugar-coated date pieces right before going to bed has to be one of my better ideas. 🙄

Yeah ..... I actually learned a lot about food affecting sleep and how you eat as well as light pollution and our lifestyles inhibiting melatonin output. It's fun 😵
