It’s mostly about actually getting to bed, let go of all screens and prepare for the night that I have trouble with. Once I get to bed it’s usually okey, but often too late.
I find that a really good book that I only read in bed helps. I get excited to read it so I go to bed earlier and then reading helps me get to sleep. Also, masturbation really helps me too. That also gets me to bed earlier and makes me sleepy.
